Million Dollar Baby

As promised, here is the review of Million Dollar Baby. I finally got a chance to see it on Friday evening. It's directed by Clint Eastwood and if you don't know who he is you must be living on Pluto.
It stars the man himself and Hilary Swank as the white trash wannabe boxer who wants ol' Clint to train her. It weaves in his and her hard-life background story and after a few montages and side-stories, she's in a title fight against some dirty fighter from Germany.
I enjoyed the stories so I wont give the rest of the film away. Suffice to say that given the contenders for Oscars, Hilary probably deserves to get it. That said, everyones acting is spot on in this film and it certainly builds a tear-jerker story and the ending will give most people something to talk about after it's over.
